Harry J. Aponte is internationally known as a family therapist and trainer. His work on the interaction between social context and family problems has had a profound effect on the conduct of family therapy. He has served as a clinician, supervisor, teacher, and administrator at the Menninger Foundation and the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic in Pennsylvania. Mr. Aponte operates a private practice in Philadelphia and serves as a consultant to mental health professionals, agencies, and community organizations throughout the United States, Latin America and Europe.
